Our business model is built on 3 strategic pillars

To purchase outright successful business that have a proven track record of profitability and management. Once the acquisition is settled we then start to place Aboriginal employees into the business where possible.
Investing in scalable 100% owned Aboriginal businesses. This gives the Aboriginal business the opportunity to grow by an injection of capital whilst still remaining 100% Aboriginal. Mibilla also becomes part of the journey with the Aboriginal business owner by providing personnel, knowledge and experience to enhance the success of the Aboriginal business.
The profits from both arms are used to support Aboriginal-led programs and initiatives, including the work of the Mibilla Foundation (www.mibilla.org)—a not-for-profit organisation founded to give back to Aboriginal communities.
